The Omnicom Health Group Fellowship Program is a 2-year program designed to allow recent 2019 graduates with advanced medical or scientific degrees to explore multiple roles within the healthcare advertising industry. Fellows will learn from our most talented and creative professionals, grow their skills and abilities, and ultimately choose the career path that's right for them. The Fellowship Program offers competitive pay and all of the benefits of employment at Omnicom Health Group.
Year 1: Practice Area Rotations
Fellows will be assigned to a brand team within their independent OHG agency and rotate through various departments such as Account/Client Services, Copy, and Strategy (Medical, Digital, Planning).
Year 2: Practice Area Selection
After completing a year of rotations, Second-Year Fellows continue as full members of their elected department and serve as mentors to the following year's cohort of First-Year Fellows.
In addition to developing a variety of professional skill sets within their respective agencies, the Fellowship Program also allows fellows to cultivate industry-relevant competencies through OHG's monthly Lunch-and-Learn sessions and provides networking opportunities within the advertising and pharmaceutical industry.
