Reports to the Managing Director of Marketing & Sales and performs duties to support the activities of the Managing Director as well data entry and tracking of the marketing budget. Specific responsibilities include coordinating on-campus executive visits including all logistics and details, scheduling meetings, expense reports, and occasional assistance with travel arrangements. Responsibilities include occasional support to the direct reports of the Managing Director. Supporting the marketing budget includes entering invoices, routing invoices, sending forms to vendors and reviewing reports. Handles confidential and sensitive matters with discretion. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Minimum 3 years working as part of a sales/marketing/finance team or related experience.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner with clients, alumni and executives required. Must be highly organized, resourceful and possess the ability to prioritize and track multiple projects and schedules simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail are essential. Is proactive, takes initiative and perform duties with minimal supervision. Able to make sound judgments, assess information, resolve problems and determine when senior staff need to be involved. Creative/thoughtful approaches to challenges and a sense of humor greatly valued. Technical skills needed include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of SharePoint and Salesforce a plus.
