A leading-edge and comprehensive marketing organization is looking for a talented Marketing & Social Media Manager. This position will be based in Oklahoma City and will have multiple roles:
Marketing efforts will be will solely focused on OKC Outletsand include the implementation of the marketing plan and promotions under the tutelage and guidance of both the center’s General Manager and TORG. Specifically, these duties include managing the following:
Liaising with the advertising agency, the media buyer and to implement advertising
Promotion and event implementation
Customer database maintenance
Maintenance of the overall marketing budget
Other marketing duties as assigned
Social Media Manager
Social Media responsibilities for multiple properties including OKC Outlets, Lincoln City Outlets, the company (TORG) and its clients.
This position is responsible for driving social media and creative strategies, plans and content including original text and video, managing e-posts, responding to followers, website and brochure updates, exhibitions, corporate identity and liaising with on-site personnel. You will work closely with the marketing and leasing teams to develop both creative and social media campaigns that help to achieve marketing goals.
Specific duties include:
Strategic planning for social media channels including recommendations on additional channels and their implementation
Maintenance of social media channels for each client
Creation of monthly content calendars and image sourcing (including content to be shared across various centers)
Coordinating with the on-site marketing resource at the properties
Liaising with external agencies where appropriate for:
Boosted content (paid)
Promotional / advertising-related content
Negative / crisis response
Measurement and reporting
Other social-media related duties as assigned
In addition to managing TORG’s social media, assistance with presentations, proposals and company marketing efforts are required.
We expect candidates to have a passion for retail, promotions, events and social media. Excellent communication skills and the ability to express our company’s and client’s views creatively (both graphically, in video and in writing)are imperative. Attention to detail and impeccable spelling and grammar are musts.
Candidates must be highly self-motivated, conscientious, able to work independently and able manage multiple projects and social media channels simultaneously.
