Summary: Act as a liaison between CCHH and its referral sources in areas defined in Home Health's strategic plans. With minimal supervision, be responsible for growing business through existing accounts and building profitable new accounts. Develop, coordinate and implement marketing programs that result in improved relations and increased referrals to Home Health on an ongoing and long standing basis. Must be able to work within established budgets for travel, marketing events and programs, and be fiscally responsible for managing budgetary allocations. Must be able to consistently achieve and exceed targeted goals and objectives set forth by management.
Bachelor's degree or clinical licensure preferred.
At least 3 years of clinical nurse experience, healthcare referral development, physician recruiting or direct sales to adult and/or pediatric physicians and/or 3 years of experience in Home Health and Durable Medical Equipment.
Must be proficient with PC systems and have a high level of understanding and utilization of CRM tools, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Acceptable driving record is required.
Position demands frequent and possible overnight travel, including some weekends.
Self-starter with proven problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills and solid follow-up are a must.
