Pearl Meyer, the leading brand in executive compensation consulting, is hiring a Marketing Project Manager. You will play a key role in creating campaigns that build awareness and promote the firm’s thought leadership among corporate board members and management teams. Using your project management skills, you will plan and implement the tactical strategies that support the annual marketing calendar.
On-time execution of the firm’s marketing plan by overseeing and coordinate marketing programs. Maintain marketing calendars to track project deliverables.
Use your knowledge of marketing automation, website content management, social media and SEO to support marketing programs
Oversee the creative process: concept, promotional copywriting, copyediting and proofing, as well as print and digital production
Create and manage marketing and business development communication campaigns
Coordinate activities with external marketing partners (conferences, trade shows, ad placement, promotional emails, etc.)
Manage external vendors through the lifecycle of a project (specifications, proposals/estimates and delivery)
Manage event logistics for the firm’s annual internal meeting
Monitor annual marketing budget and expenses
Oversee marketing coordinator in project execution
A proven track record in a b-to-b marketing management role and proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing.
3-7 years’ experience in marketing with a demonstrated expertise in integrated marketing communications.
Strong verbal, written and analytics skills.
Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple, simultaneous projects.
