Employees are an integral part of a community that is proud of its heritage and the accomplishments that make MCPHS University a first-class educational institution.Responsibilities:As a member of the digital marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager develops, executes and analyzes digital content creation and manages social media platform performance for MCPHS student prospect nurturing and conversion. Accountable for content creation initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads that deliver sales and customer retention. Collaborate across institution to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives at the lowest possible cost Partner with the marketing team to generate content ideas that align with business goals and marketing campaigns Create content that helps MCPHS prospects solve a problem of fill a need and optimize content channels and delivery to support prospects? journey to conversion Support development of images, infographics and other rich media Optimize content for SEO Manage editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone. Manage editorial calendar and organization workflows. Create and execute day-to-day social media initiatives, including writing and posting diverse content and developing opportunities for engagement, across priority platforms Contribute to and execute on editorial calendar for social and website channels Implement social media strategy to consistently grow audience and engagement across multiple platforms. Analyze and generate management reports on social media performance Manage, moderate and drive conversations on owned social platforms Manage content workflow, including internal stakeholder and legal/compliance review Own and evolve the social voice of MCPHS Manage content distribution across paid and organic platforms Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results. Optimize content and campaigns for mobile Monitor trends in social media tools, culture and applications and apply that knowledge to increasing engagement and best practices on social media sitesAdditional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications:Required: 5+ years in marketing, content development and social media Bachelor?s degree or equivalent working experience Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it Ability to analyze and present content and social performance Experience with the top social channels and tools and platforms used to track and analyze social and website performance metrics Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and salesMCPHS offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including a substantial health/dental insurance subsidy, generous holiday/vacation policy, and a significant pension plan contribution.To apply, please visit www.mcphs.edu/careers.
