And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) This is a new product marketing position to support the B2B go - to - market needs for the products, services and capabilities within OptumRx. This position will own specific product families and be responsible for all aspects of development and maintenance of growth and retention materials and tools to support the capabilities within those areas. Primary Responsibilities:Develop and execute content for new products. This includes the ability to create go - to - market launch materials, including playbooks, sell sheets, FAQs, proposal language and overview videos when appropriate Develop and execute on product training for sales and client management Proven ability to translate complex projects into clear, simple materials that are relevant to the audience Proven ability to manage messaging for new products and partner internally and externally to help drive segment growth Partner with the UnitedHealthcare pharmacy and UMR product marketing leads to align content where appropriate Work collaboratively with OptumRx segment marketing team to cross - promote through thought leadership, speaker / webinar series, newsletter campaigns and events Work closely with Product stakeholders to ensure product goals are met and well supported by the Marketing team Responsible for overall maintenance and refresh of all materials and tools within the specific families of ownership

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or communications 6+ years marketing experience 6+ years of experience in a fast - paced, corporate environment Experience partnering with a creative agency Experience with best practices in product marketing development, content and design Proven effectiveness to deliver results on multiple initiatives while working in a matrix organization Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and effectively establish priorities Ability to be proactive, and move from strategy to execution and back again Proven ability to influence cross - functional teams without formal authority Proficiency in the MS office suite of Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Preferred Qualifications:Health care marketing or PBM B2B Marketing Experience leading and managing successful product marketing launch initiativesCareers with Optum.
